   For City, County and Fire and EMS Districts Conducting Their Own Promotional Assessment Center Exercises

A promotional assessment center process is a systematic and comprehensive evaluation method.  It is designed to place participants in a controlled environment intended

to measure the participants ability to perform.  The success of an promotional assessment center lies in the identification and analysis of the job and the position;

development of exercises to measure an participant's ability to perform; and the ability to systematically measure the results.

Reisen Safety Training conducts professional promotional assessment centers or we can design the promotional exercises for your organization if you are implementing the promotion.

We also provide an Employee Promotional Assessment Center Preparation Workshop.  This workshop, provided to the candidates, highlights what an assessment center is for

and highlights the skills needed to obtain the benchmarks for each exercise, along with reviewing how the exercises are conducted.
